Why should my dog take supplements?
Your pup deserves the best around. Though traditional dog food does include many of the vitamins and minerals your pup needs, sometimes they require a boost. Our supplements are formulated to fill the gaps in your pup's diet and whatever they might need to keep living the good life.
Can I give these to my puppy?
Yes! Our supplements are safe to give to puppies. We recommend starting them at 6 months of age to see maximum benefit.
Where can I find specific ingredient and dosage information?
When you receive your shipment, each personalized supplement will include a complete list of all ingredients. We will also include recommended dosages according to your dog's specific weight. All ingredients are listed on each individual formulas product page. If you have any additional questions, please reach out to us at bark@goodtroublepets.com for more information.
Should I be worried about interactions with other medications?
Our products are intended to be used in tandem with a healthy regular diet. Our supplements are the best way to provide total support and an added layer of protection to your pup's health. If your dog is currently taking other prescribed medications, we always encourage you to speak with your veterinarian to prevent possible adverse reactions.

My dog hates taking pills. How do I get him/her to take these daily?
Getting your dog to swallow a pill can be challenging. That's why all of our supplements are soft chews. Each small bite is the perfect size, texture, and flavor for easy daily use. They'll think our supplements are treats and you'll feel good about giving them.
How do I know these are safe?
All of our supplements are made with care. From quality ingredients to manufacturing, you can trust that we don't cut corners when it comes to your pup. All of our supplements are made in the USA at a certified facility. After production, all our supplements are microbiologically tested to ensure safety and efficacy.
What is the shelf life of the supplements?
Most all of our products have a 18 month-2 year shelf life.
Can I recycle the packaging?
Yes! Our supplements are packed in paper tubes with a food safe liner. We are committed to reducing our use of single use plastic containers. Feel free to recycle the tubes every month and feel good knowing you are adding less plastic to landfills across the planet.

How do I cancel my subscription?
Your subscription can be cancelled within your account portal. We encourage you to try skipping a shipment or two first or simply putting your subscription on pause until you're ready to get started again. Where do you ship and what are the shipping times?
